793 Don Mills Condos

Please welcome the 793 Don Mills Condos - the four new residential towers containing over 2000 units on the northeast corner of Don Mills Road and Rochefort Drive in Toronto's Flemingdon Park area. The towers are being designed by Sweeny & Co Architects Inc. for Menkes Developments Ltd. The height of the towers are 56, 49, 45, and 22 and its 56-story tower will be the tallest building in the whole area.

A total of 1,214 parking places are made possible by the podiums, 640 of which are reserved for non-residents, leaving 574 spaces for residents. On the other hand, the project provides 2,264 bicycle parking spots, with the minimal requirement of 15% being satisfied for EV bicycle parking, indicating a focus on promoting use of the area's sophisticated networks of cycling trails and public transportation.
