Introducing the brand new mixed-use 900 The East Mall Condos in the West Deane Park Neighborhood. The design will comprise 858 residential units, commercial space, retail at grade, a daycare, and a privately-owned public park (POPS) on the southeast corner of the property. Tower heights will range from 20 to 21 storeys. The building is being designed by Core Architects for the developer - Harhay Developments.
The east end of the property is where Buildings 1 and 2 are situated. On the west side near to Highway 427 are Buildings 3 and 4. The podium between Buildings 1, 3, and 4 is six stories high. Within the site, a private road circles the middle.
On the ground level of Buildings 2 and 4, there are two-story "townhome-style flats."
A four-level underground garage with 858 parking spaces for cars. Of these spaces, 699 are set aside for residents.
The ground floors of Buildings 1 and 2 are divided into 1,245 square meters of retail space. They can be found fronting along The East Mall and Eglinton Avenue West.
Office space of 6,451 square meters is also housed in Building 1. They're on floors three through five. Daycare facilities total 222 square meters and are located in Building 2.
On the southeast corner of this condominium complex is a 796-square-meter public park. To the north of the park, there is a 1,568-square-metre public plaza.
