The first two phases at Galleria on the Park are ALREADY under construction, including two mixed-use towers, a new 8-acre park and one of the largest community centres in Toronto. Galleria 3 - Pedestrian Mews:

Galleria’s wide, open, pedestrian-friendly streets and pedestrian mews criss-cross the new district, connecting to the established family neighbourhoods around it. With area residents easily able to come and go from the park, the community centre, outdoor gathering spaces and amazing shops and retailers, Galleria is a much needed and welcome connection point for the entire neighbourhood – and visitors from all over the city.

Points Plaza, located at the heart of Galleria on the Park, at the intersection of the pedestrian mews and an 8-acre park, will be a gathering space for everyone. Featuring restaurants and stores, with patios spilling out onto the sidewalks, it will foster a dynamic, active and cheerful scene. Galleria 3 - Rooftop Pool and Cabanas:
The 11th floor at Galleria III, designated as the Social Floor, is where you will find a collection of carefully curated amenities to encourage socializing with your fellow neighbours. On the rooftop, you will find a stunning elevated infinity swimming pool with cabanas and lounge seating, overlooking the beautifully mature treetops of Dupont.
